Ordering

Placing an order is simple. Browse or search for the part you need, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. All orders are placed as a guest, no account required.

If you're unsure which part fits your vehicle, use the vehicle selector on the product page or contact our team for help.

Browse the Shop

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. After that window, the order enters our warehouse queue and cannot be changed.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via the contact page with your order number.

No account is needed. All orders are placed as a guest, simply add your parts to the cart, enter your shipping details, and complete checkout. Your order confirmation and tracking updates are sent directly to your email.

Start Shopping

You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout with your order number and a summary of items purchased. A second email with your tracking number is sent once your order ships.

If you don't see the confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us.

At this time, all orders are placed through our website to ensure accuracy and secure payment processing. Our website is available 24/7 and is the fastest way to get your order moving.

Yes, we work with repair shops, fleet operators, and resellers. If you're ordering in volume or need a trade account, please reach out through our contact page with your business details and the parts you need. We'll provide a custom quote.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on order size and complexity:

  • Small & medium orders, typically 1–2 business days
  • Large or complex orders, 3–7 business days

Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250. Orders below that threshold have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number directly to your email. Use that link to follow your package every step of the way, no account login needed.

Contact Us About Your Order

We ship within the United States and to all countries where we have established store locations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability.

First, check with neighbors or your building's mailroom, carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number. We'll file a carrier claim and get a replacement shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged part before discarding anything. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided the part is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included hardware
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Electrical components and special-order parts are non-refundable unless defective. See our full Returns Policy for details.

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.

Do not ship the item back before receiving the return label, unauthorised returns may be refused.

Full Returns Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1–2 business days after delivery), your refund is issued within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit.

We're sorry about that. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll ship the correct part at no additional cost and cover the return of the wrong one.

Yes. If you ordered the wrong size or fitment variant, we can arrange an exchange. Start the process through our contact page, exchanges are processed as a return + new order so you get the right part as fast as possible.

Parts & Fitment

Each product page lists compatible vehicles (Year, Make, Model, Trim, Engine). Use the fitment filter on the shop page to narrow results to your exact vehicle.

If you're still unsure, contact our parts specialists with your VIN number for a guaranteed fitment check.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by the same manufacturer as the original part in your vehicle, guaranteed exact fit and spec.

Aftermarket parts are made by third-party manufacturers. Quality varies by brand, but many match or exceed OEM standards at a lower cost. We carry both, all aftermarket parts we stock are verified to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Yes. Most parts come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Some performance and premium brands offer extended 2–3 year coverage. Warranty details are listed on each product page.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

Yes! Your 17-character VIN (found on your dashboard or door jamb) identifies your vehicle's exact specifications. Send your VIN to our team via the contact page and we'll pull a list of guaranteed-compatible parts for your vehicle.

Our catalog covers vehicles from 1995 to present for most makes and models. For older or classic vehicles, availability may be limited. Contact our team with your vehicle details and we'll do our best to source the part you need.

Payment & Security

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Shop Pay / Buy Now Pay Later options

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire checkout process. We do not store your card details on our servers, all payment data is handled directly by PCI-compliant payment processors.

Declined payments are usually caused by incorrect card details, an expired card, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar transaction. Try these steps:

  • Double-check your card number, expiry, and CVV
  • Ensure your billing address matches your bank records
  • Try a different card or PayPal
  • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws. The final tax amount will be shown before you confirm payment, there are no surprises.

Go to the My Account page and click "Lost your password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link within a few minutes.

You can reach our team through the contact page. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent matters regarding a shipment or damaged order, please include your order number in the message.

Every marketing email contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be removed from our mailing list immediately. Note that transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) cannot be disabled as they are required for your order.
